Job Description

  • Evaluate and treat patients with customized occupational therapy plans
  • Work with patients to improve mobility, coordination, and daily function
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
  • Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Maintain accurate case management records and productivity reports
  • Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
  • Strong understanding of upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments
  • Excellent patient communication and education skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
