Job Description
- Evaluate and treat patients with customized occupational therapy plans
- Work with patients to improve mobility, coordination, and daily function
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Maintain accurate case management records and productivity reports
- Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
- Strong understanding of upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments
- Excellent patient communication and education skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
