Occupational Therapist (OT)

About the Role:
This position provides outpatient occupational therapy services and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services, including evaluations, treatments, and discharges.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient care.

• Manage a busy caseload independently and maintain regulatory-compliant documentation.

• Support acute/inpatient rehab coverage when necessary.

• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, education, and documentation standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist License

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills for interacting with physicians, leadership, and staff

• Experience with CMS, Joint Commission, and Medicaid documentation standards
