Occupational Therapist Assistant – COTA

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans to improve patients’ functional abilities.
• Provide personalized therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress and report findings to the Occupational Therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities that support therapy goals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Bonifay.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
