Join a dynamic women’s health practice in Central Illinois as a seasonal OB/GYN Physician. This opportunity is perfect for board-certified or board-eligible professionals seeking flexibility and a chance to increase their earnings. You will focus on delivering outstanding obstetric and gynecological care, primarily through call coverage, without the commitment of regular clinic hours.

Compensation: $146.00 – $250.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional OB/GYN call coverage, ensuring priority patient care.
• Engage in well-compensated, predictable shifts.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment with access to comprehensive hospital resources.

Scheduling Options:

• Enjoy flexible scheduling, including:
• Two weekends per month (Friday–Sunday)
• Six 24-hour shifts per month

Practice & Hospital Details:

• Collaborate with established practices in Effingham, IL.
• Access facilities featuring a Level II NICU, surgical robotics, and block OR time.
• Receive strong clinical support from nursing, anesthesia, and administrative teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay of $3,500+ per 24-hour call shift, with potential for negotiation.
• Travel expenses fully covered.
• Medical malpractice insurance included.
• W2 employment status with the possibility of 1099 options.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Valid Illinois medical license.
• Current practice in the OB/GYN field is highly encouraged.
