Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead a hospital-based outpatient wound care program.

This role offers a balanced schedule with no after-hours or weekend responsibilities and the opportunity to work in a highly specialized, procedure-focused environment providing care to patients with chronic and complex wounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced wound care management and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) therapy

• Perform procedures such as suturing, debridement, and incision & drainage (I&D)

• Manage 15–20 patient encounters per day in a clinic setting

• Collaborate with a full clinical support team including Case Manager, HBO Nurses, and Office Staff

• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care and excellent outcomes

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license 

• National certification and DEA license required

• Minimum 1 year of NP experience with procedural background

• Experience in wound care, dermatology, surgical, or procedural settings preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $115,000–$155,000 annually (based on experience)

• Bonus: Quarterly performance-based bonus
