Job Summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the team of an established provider of hospice home care services. They service the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina.
Job Qualifications/Job Duties
- The Nurse Practitioner should have prior experience in treating hospice patients.
- The Nurse Practitioner will see patients in their homes and will typically make 2 to 3 visits each day.
- The Hospice Nurse Practitioner will promote the highest quality of end of life care including hospice care and widespread use of advanced directives.
- Discusses patient with attending physicians, consultants, nursing staff, and other medical professionals.
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer a very competitive salary of $115,000 to $130,000.
- We provide a laptop and cell phone and reimburse for mileage.
