Job Summary
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join the team with a growing (FQHC) Federally Qualified Health Center, with 5 divisions and 150 medical professionals.
 
Job Qualifications/Job Duties
  • NY state nursing license.
  • Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • The Nurse Practitioner will work in an outpatient setting.
  • The work schedule is Monday-Friday with some weekend rotation.
  • Provides general medical care to health center patients.
  • The Nurse Practitioner educates patients by teaching preventative care.
