Nurse Manager – ICU/Medical/Surgical/Telemetry

About the Role:
This position leads the ICU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry units, overseeing operations, quality improvement, and staff development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise unit functions, ensuring policy compliance, appropriate staffing, and efficient patient throughput.

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure completion of staff competencies.

• Manage staff development, productivity, and regulatory compliance.

• Maintain personal professional growth and leadership standards.

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree (required)

• Active RN License in North Carolina

• American Heart Association BLS (within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Previous management experience

• Recent bedside patient care experience
