Great opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine tech to sit for the NMTCB(CT) boards, as a student, enrolled with College of Health Professions.
Rotating schedule – 8-hour day.
Occasional overtime.
No weekends or call.
Location: Syracuse, NY.
Great working environment in a PET/CT and SPECT/CT outpatient department at Specialty Services Center.
Private office with M-F rotating schedule between the hours of 6am and 5pm.

Job Summary:
· Performs all duties with hybrid imaging in a PET/CT and SPECT/CT outpatient department
· Calculates, orders, administers and records radioactive isotopes
· Instructs patients on proper exam preparations
· Verify physician orders for procedures as well as properly identifying patient.
· Performs all required quality control procedures
· Maintains compliance with continuing education requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
CNMT or ARRT(N) and NYS DOH (Nuclear Medicine) License, current CPR certification. NO PET experience necessary, will train.
Preferred Qualifications: NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(CT)
