Mid-Sized Southeastern Regional Law-firm with a national practice seeks Mid-Senior Business Litigation Attorney to join their collegial Business Litigation practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Requirements:
JD from top tier law school, solid academic record; Moot Court or Law Review a plus.
5 to 7 years of commercial and business litigation experience.
Substantial experience in state and federal courts representing clients in a variety of business and commercial matters.
Experience ideally will include data privacy, security, and compliance, internal investigations, white collar criminal defense and/or a variety of commercial disputes, such as breaches of contract, fraud, trade secret misappropriate, unfair and deceptive trade practices, etc.
Exceptional communication skills, research and writing skills required, and must be ready and willing to handle matters both independently and as part of a litigation team.
