My client, a leading manufacturer of custom-engineered industrial systems, is seeking a Mechatronics Manager to lead the innovation, design, and integration of electromechanical subsystems across new and existing product lines.
This is a hands-on, full-time leadership role at the intersection of mechanical design, controls engineering, and automation which is ideal for a technical leader with LabVIEW expertise ready to drive high-impact engineering initiatives from concept to launch.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead software and automation design for new product development
- Manage the integration of mechanical and electronic systems, including PLCs, sensors, motors, and wiring
- Supervise engineering staff and provide technical mentorship and direction
- Collaborate with operations, R&D, and field support to drive system reliability and performance
- Ensure alignment with product standards, safety protocols, and customer specifications
- Develop schedules, resource plans, and documentation for complex engineering programs
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering required
- Deep understanding of LabVIEW architectural design principles
- Proficiency programming in LabVIEW
- Experience leading engineering projects and/or teams in an industrial product environment
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
