Mechanical Process Development Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience with all or some of the following:
  • High volume automated manufacturing environment
  • CAD for design of tooling and fixtures
  • Familiar with DFMEA / CpK / PPK / Gage R&R
  • SolidWorks CAD system

Duties:

• Use CAD tools to simulate, test and document new process tooling and fixtures.
• Create detailed specifications for new manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct, document and track design reviews.
• Generate project plan and document per Engineering Department procedures.
• Participate on and lead teams as required.
• Generate preliminary estimates for Capital Investment Plan.
• Conduct Stack-up analysis; be familiar with DFMEA, and Cpk/Ppk/Gage R&R.
• Willing to transfer for VISA if needed
