Mechanical Process Development Engineer / Automation

Requirements:

• Should have experience in design and development of new process tooling and fixtures for automation manufacturing environment.
• Some or all of these additional skills:
• • Specifications for new manufacturing equipment
  • Preliminary estimates for capital investment plans.
  • Conduct stack up analysis such as:
  • • DFMA / CpK / PpK/Gage RtR

Duties:

• Will be a Key Engineer in this state of the art automation manufacturing environment.
• Uses CAD tools to develop new process tooling and fixtures.
• Create detailed specifications for new manufacturing equipment.
• Generate preliminary estimates for capital investment plan.
• Conduct stack-up analysis
