✅ Must-Haves:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited
program
 Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience
 Working knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and hydronic design
 Experience in healthcare, higher education, or commercial mechanical systems
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Trane Trace, and Revit
 Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification
 Professional Engineer (PE) license
 Valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle
 Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
 Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

 Execute technical design and quality control for assigned projects
 Produce construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions
 Ensure compliance with mechanical and energy codes
 Conduct mechanical system calculations and layouts
 Participate in construction administration, site visits, and shop drawing reviews
 Research and integrate project-related data
 Assist in writing and maintaining project specifications
 Update and revise drawings based on QA feedback
