Manufacturing Process Improvement Manager

  • A related degree, three or more years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing process improvement management role, and two or more years of Enterprise Resource Planning Software experience is required
  • Pay is up to $90,000

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

  • Creating processes
  • Ensuring quality meets expectations
  • Leading continuous improvement projects
  • Optimizing Materials Requirement Planning
  • Creating best practices
  • Working with Epicor software
  • Creating Standard Operating procedures
  • Creating training materials and training others
  • Tracking labor

 

The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:

  • Three years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing process improvement management role
  • Two years of Enterprise Resource Planning Software experience
  • Possess the ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • A manufacturing related degree
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
