Manager, Healthcare Digital Marketing

hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA

 

  • You will build out the CRM and elevate the digital marketing efforts.
  • You will bring both strategy and operations expertise to the marketing team.
  • Our client is financially sound, stable, and privately-held.
 

Key responsibilities: 

 

1.    Direct a small team focused on PR, communications, web, and digital marketing.
2.    Spearhead multi-channel campaigns and content strategies, including PR, ads, email, and social media.
3.    Lead dynamic social media strategies by setting clear objectives, prioritizing projects, and ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration.
4.    Work closely with the team for seamless campaign integration across channels.
5.    Develop metrics and track campaign performance, delivering concise reports and actionable insights for better results.
 
 

Preferred Experience:

  • 8+ years marketing experience.
  • Healthcare domain including working with physicians.
  • Strategy, concept development, copy, and execution of multi-channels including video and web advertising preferred.
 
Essential Qualifications: 
  • BS degree in Marketing, Business, or similar. 
  • Exceptional project planning and management, coupled with outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and deadline driven. 

 

Additional Points:

— This is a full time position based in Pittsburgh and will be hybrid.

— Salary is commensurate with experience.
