Join our pharmaceutical client’s expanding team as they onboard a Manager, Brand Partnerships & Market Access. This position is responsible for expanding our client’s portfolio of branded and specialty drug products within federal healthcare programs. The role centers on identifying partnership opportunities with manufacturers, evaluating new product candidates, and supporting strategies to improve product availability and reimbursement in government markets.

Qualifications of the Manager, Brand Partnerships & Market Access:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or market access in the life sciences sector.

  • Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical commercialization process, particularly branded or biologic products.

  • Skilled in financial modeling, business analytics, and presentation development.

  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

  • Strong analytical and communication abilities; able to synthesize data into actionable insights.

  • Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time.

Responsibilities of the Manager, Brand Partnerships & Market Access::

  • Source, assess, and negotiate new partnership and product opportunities to strengthen the brand and biologics pipeline.

  • Build financial and strategic analyses that support potential collaborations and growth initiatives.

  • Present recommendations and business proposals to leadership and external stakeholders.

  • Support the design and execution of pricing, reimbursement, and formulary strategies for federal and institutional accounts.

  • Track market trends, policy updates, and competitive developments that influence access and contracting.

  • Maintain organized reporting and workflow processes that align with corporate objectives.

  • Collaborate across teams to advance commercial initiatives and long-term business planning.
