Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead a team of up to 10-12 maintenance techs in a 3 shift injection molding and paint operation for the heacy truck industry.
As Maintenance Manager you will:
- Establish departmental goals to support production, program launches, and strategic initiatives
- Lead the Maintenance team to achieve KPI targets
- Maintain the manufacturing assets of the plant
- Provide training and continuous improvement development of the Maintenance team
- Drive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
- Develop and maintain associate safety standards
- Support ISO14000 and IATF standards
Your strengths to be successful should include:
- Associates degree or a Journeyman Card preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Injection molding experience reqouired
- Experience with automated paint lines a plus
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment.
- PLC controls experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed
