Litigation Associate
Location: Boston, MA

Our client, a well-established national AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their Boston office. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of litigation matters in a dynamic legal environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in Massachusetts (required).
  • 2-4 years of substantive litigation experience, preferably in a mid-size to large law firm.
  • Experience in class action defense, financial services, or bad faith insurance litigation is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong oral and written advocacy skills with a demonstrated ability to manage cases effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and argue motions in both state and federal courts.
  • Take and defend depositions, working directly with clients to develop case strategies.
  • Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, from discovery through trial, collaborating with senior attorneys to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
