This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a fast-paced practice that offers a variety of litigation services to clients across diverse industries.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• Bar Admission in South Carolina (required).
• Meaningful experience in litigation, with the ability to draft and argue discovery motions and take and defend depositions.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Adept at case management and ready to take the lead on litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and argue motions in court.
• Collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy and case management.
• Provide exceptional legal services to clients in a range of industries.
