Litigation & Trial Practice / Antitrust – Associate
LOCATION: Washington, D.C.

 

An AmLaw 50 international law firm is seeking an Antitrust Associate with 4 years of experience to join its growing antitrust team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on government enforcement, mergers, and counseling matters within the antitrust domain.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Must be bar certified in Washington, DC.
  • 4 years of experience in antitrust law, including counseling, investigations, and litigation.
  • Previous work on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired.
  • Prior government agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with regular client interaction and project management responsibilities.

  • Engage in a broad range of antitrust matters, including government enforcement, mergers, and counseling.
  • Manage projects and maintain regular exposure to clients across various industries.
