Legal Secretary – Litigation 63388

Key Requirements:

• Must have 4 or more years of experience in Insurance Defense, Construction Litigation or Personal Injury Defense Litigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and e-filing is essential. 
• Knowledge of WordPerfect preferred.
• Ability to support multiple attorneys simultaneously, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe documents
• Draft pleadings and correspondence
• Manage time entries
• Maintain calendars
• Arrange travel for attorneys

This full-time, direct-hire position is based in Fort Worth, Texas. After 90 days, you’ll have the option to work from home one day per week. Full benefits are provided by the firm.
