Our client is a fast-paced personal injury and real estate law firm based in downtown Chicago. In addition to personal injury, they manage probate, real estate, and general litigation matters. They value team players who can provide excellent first impressions to new clients while learning the legal industry from the ground up.

Job Description

  • Handle all incoming leads and schedule new client consultations
  • Conduct initial client screenings in Spanish and English
  • Input case data and update CRM/case management systems
  • Coordinate communication between clients and attorneys
  • Support general litigation, probate, and admin tasks when needed
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients

Qualifications

  • Spanish fluency is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over phone, email, and in person
  • Prior legal experience, customer service or intake experience is required
  • Detail-oriented with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
