What You’ll Do:
Support the setup and implementation of new e-billing processes, including timekeeper rate input and client reference creation.
Collaborate across billing, collections, attorneys, clients, and e-billing vendors to ensure accurate and timely invoice submission.
Monitor and meet all e-billing deadlines, including client accruals and submission timelines.
Review Outside Counsel Guidelines and ensure accurate setup in eBilling Hub and billing systems.
Troubleshoot rejected invoices and upload errors, partnering with team members and keeping supervisors informed.
Provide insights on process improvements and contribute to training sessions and department meetings.
Respond to inquiries from clients, attorneys, and internal staff with professionalism and attention to detail.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of law firm billing experience (e-billing preferred)
Proficiency in Elite and eBillingHub (preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible
