Our client, a leading law firm known for its dynamic, collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, is seeking an Electronic Billing Assistant to join its high-performing finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely invoice submission and issue resolution related to e-billing, with a sharp focus on client satisfaction and compliance with billing guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the setup and implementation of new e-billing processes, including timekeeper rate input and client reference creation.

  • Collaborate across billing, collections, attorneys, clients, and e-billing vendors to ensure accurate and timely invoice submission.

  • Monitor and meet all e-billing deadlines, including client accruals and submission timelines.

  • Review Outside Counsel Guidelines and ensure accurate setup in eBilling Hub and billing systems.

  • Troubleshoot rejected invoices and upload errors, partnering with team members and keeping supervisors informed.

  • Provide insights on process improvements and contribute to training sessions and department meetings.

  • Respond to inquiries from clients, attorneys, and internal staff with professionalism and attention to detail.


What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 2 years of law firm billing experience (e-billing preferred)

  • Proficiency in Elite and eBillingHub (preferred)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible
