 Lead Structures Superintendent for Heavy Civil Construction
 Lead High-Impact Construction Projects
As a Superintendent, you’ll drive the success of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence. You’ll champion safety culture, targeting Zero Recordable Safety Incidents by enforcing top-tier safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: 
– Oversee project schedules, monitor milestones, address challenges, and communicate updates with management.  
– Plan and manage work, including equipment, personnel, road closures, and progress tracking.  
– Mitigate delays and implement strategies to meet project deadlines.  
– Monitor production and budget, proposing solutions to optimize costs and efficiency.  
– Collaborate with teams to share insights, address concerns, and achieve project goals.  
– Engage professionally with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.  
– Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and work ethics.  
– Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, and task assignments for crew members.  
– Ensure compliance with contractual, local, state, and federal regulations.  
– Track equipment use, order materials, and provide input on resource allocation.  
– Coordinate and direct crew activities effectively.  

Requirements

Experience/Qualifications:

– 5-7 years of experience in heavy civil construction (roads, bridges, tunnels, etc.).  
– Demonstrated success managing large-scale construction projects.  
– Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.  
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.  
– Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.  
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.  
– Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adept at problem-solving.
