A prominent Florida-based law firm is actively seeking experienced lateral partners to join its growing team in any of its Florida offices. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with a portable book of business ($400K+) who are looking for a more collaborative, flexible, and well-supported platform to take their practice to the next level.

The firm is open to candidates across a broad range of practice areas—excluding plaintiff-side personal injury, first-party insurance, and general insurance defense.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida Bar license (or in process)

• Minimum $400,000 in portable originations

• 8+ years of legal practice experience, ideally within a law firm environment

• Demonstrated success in client development and relationship management

• Stable work history with long-term tenure at prior firms preferred

• Strong leadership, business acumen, and collaborative mindset
