We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lab Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a laboratory setting and a proven track record of managing lab operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and supervise a team of laboratory technicians and staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to support research and development activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab activities.
- Manage lab inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of laboratory data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment and software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
