Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney

A nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice is seeking a mid-level associate with 4+ years of substantive IP litigation experience to join its team in DC. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative group of attorneys focused on protecting and monetizing groundbreaking technologies across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in patent litigation matters, including cases before the PTAB
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and manage complex discovery
• Collaborate with technical experts and inventors across a wide range of technologies
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
• Assist clients in the strategic development and protection of their IP portfolios

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of intellectual property litigation experience
• A technical degree in electrical engineering is highly desirable
• PTAB experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Admission to practice in DC

Compensation:

• Salary range: $275,000 – $305,000, based on experience
