We’re looking for a hands-on leader to manage and grow our client’s inside sales team! This is a brand-new role where you’ll lead a small (but mighty) 3-person team, helping them grow existing accounts and bring in new business through improved marketing and outreach.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and support the inside sales team to hit sales and quoting goals
Oversee CRM and ERP usage—keep things organized, accurate, and efficient
Dig into sales data, track performance, and share insights with leadership
Keep the website and marketing materials up to date and engaging
Build strong relationships with customers and support the outside sales team
Collaborate with other departments to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in sales or marketing leadership
Manufacturing experience is a MUST! Metal fabrication experience is a huge plus!
Experience selling B2B
Comfortable using CRM/ERP tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong with data, reporting, and strategy
Familiar with websites, SEO, and marketing tools (WordPress, Canva, etc.)
Great communicator and team leader
