Salary Range: $78,700 – $118,100 annually

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day functions of the Imaging Department.

• Staff Management: Oversee staffing, training, and scheduling for imaging services.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, including ACR requirements.

• Budget and Strategy: Assist in planning the departmental budget and setting strategic goals.

• Clinical Support: Provide direct clinical assistance when needed due to staffing shortages.

Job Requirements

• Education: Certificate and/or Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology.

• Certification: ARRT(R) certification; additional certification in CT or mammography.

• Licensure: Eligibility for Vermont radiologic technologist licensure.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in radiology with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a unionized environment.

• Dual ARRT certification in CT and mammography.

• Proficiency with Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems.”)]}
