III. Essential Functions and Key Accountabilities:
Priority Function/Accountability:
Collaborate with the site as a strategic HR partner to understand business needs and optimize workforce utilization to drive results.
Utilize data and understand plant priorities for effective headcount resource allocation to support operational needs.
Oversee talent acquisition, staffing, and personnel services for new business launches; build and execute plans to ensure timely provision of talent.
Propose alternative solutions to address organizational talent capability gaps (strategy, process, structure, support systems).
Analyze business strategies and emerging trends to identify future talent needs and develop a strategy for optimal talent mix.
Implement and update an end-to-end workforce planning process, including design, planning, and deployment of workforce strategy.
Leverage data, trends, and analytics to assess talent gaps, forecast resource needs, and identify talent risks and opportunities.
Validate findings and design solutions with stakeholders (operations, finance, talent acquisition, talent development, and L&D) to enhance workforce planning.
Manage analysis of operational performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with business partners to plan and forecast annual people needs and control costs.
Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to improve forecasting processes.
Promote performance and employee engagement; foster a strong culture of development and recognition.
Build partnerships across HR functions to enhance value-added service delivery reflecting business values and objectives.
Perform the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role according to the HR Service Delivery Model.
Improve HR site performance by mentoring less experienced HR professionals and collaborating with the site HR team.
