HOSPICE SALES EXECUTIVE – Rome / Northwest Georgia
Location: Rome / Floyd County and surrounding Northwest Georgia markets
A growing hospice provider is seeking a high-performing Hospice Sales Executive for the Rome / Northwest Georgia market. This is a field-based business development role focused on building and growing referral relationships across hospitals, physicians, nursing facilities, and other community partners throughout Rome / Floyd County and surrounding Northwest Georgia markets.
We are looking for a proven hospice sales professional with strong local market knowledge, established referral relationships, and a track record of consistent performance.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2-5 years of recent hospice sales experience only
Local candidates only, with extensive market knowledge
Stable work history
Top performer with established contacts / referral sources across hospitals, facilities, and physicians
Responsibilities
Serve as a high-energy, compassionate sales and marketing professional
Promote the hospice’s programs and services by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer, or may refer, to hospice
Identify new referral opportunities and expand relationships within the territory
Maintain strong market presence and consistent follow-through with referral sources
Work independently while partnering effectively with internal operational and clinical teams
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of recent hospice sales experience
Local candidate only, with extensive market knowledge
Proven, established referral relationships
Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
Familiarity with contact management software
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Stable work history with proven, verifiable performance
