RN Clinical Director – Hospice | Albuquerque, NM

Confidential hospice provider seeking an experienced RN clinical leader for a Clinical Director opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a branch-level clinical leadership role overseeing hospice clinical operations, interdisciplinary team performance, quality/compliance, and patient/family care delivery for an active hospice program.

TARGET BACKGROUND

·   Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of New Mexico.

·   Hospice experience required; hospice clinical leadership strongly preferred.

·   Minimum professional nursing experience in direct patient care within hospice, home health

·   Strong understanding of terminal care, crisis intervention, pain and symptom management, bedside nursing, family support, and interdisciplinary hospice care delivery.

·   Comfortable with EMR systems, clinical documentation, chart review, team leadership, staff coaching, and regulatory/compliance expectations.

·   Current CPR certification, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation required.
