Summary
We are seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support licensed and private-label brands across bedding, throws, blankets, and decorative soft goods. This hands-on role combines creative design and technical execution, taking products from concept through production. The ideal candidate understands soft home product development and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design seasonal assortments for bedding and soft home products
- Create CADs, repeats, engineered placements, and colorways
- Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details
- Prepare factory-ready artwork and tech packs
- Review and approve samples, strike-offs, and lab dips
- Collaborate with design, sales, sourcing, and production teams
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- 3–5 years minimum of product, textile, or home design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre
- Experience with production-ready artwork and repeats
- Strong understanding of textiles and soft-goods construction
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands
