TITLE: Home Health Administrator(Nurse)
Location: Wichita, KS

What they’re looking for:
•Associate or Bachelor’s of Nursing required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse(RN) required.
•2 years experience as an RN in home health in a supervisory role.
Hours and compensation potential:
•Position is Monday-Friday day shift primarily.
•Salary range is 76K-90K depending on experience. A full benefit package including relocation up to 5K and a sign-on bonus(either $5k for 1 year commitment, $10k for 2 yr).
What you’ll be doing:
•This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing clinical operations of home health services under the direct supervision of the CNO. 
•Will ensure that all associates, including skilled nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides, provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as company philosophy, policies, and service standards. 
•The administrator also cultivates strong relationships with the community, professional organizations, and key influencers in conjunction with company goals.
•Selects, schedules, and assigns staff, adjusting hours and shifts as necessary.
•Orients new staff and assures that training and education needs of staff are met.
•Coordinates agency activities and the work assignments of staff members.
•Evaluates activities of agency to ensure patient care, staff relations, efficiency of service and compliance and readiness for State and Federal inspection.
•Develops, implements, and evaluates agency policies, goals, and objectives.
•Participates in infection control, utilization review, and quality assessment activities and analysis.
•Inspects and monitors for cleanliness.
•Investigates and resolves complaints, or refers unusual problems to a supervisor.
•Monitors budgetary performance to ensure acceptable levels and quality output.
Additional info:
Facility is acute care hospital under 100 beds and not for profit.
Great work environment and position reports to CNO and directo supervision of around 6 people.
