Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
– Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
– Provide legal counsel on risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution
– Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs
– Conduct in-depth research on healthcare statutes, regulations, and case law
– Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration
– Collaborate with medical experts to develop case theoriesQualifications – Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
– Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
– 7+ years of experience in healthcare litigation or medical malpractice defense
– Strong understanding of HIPAA, Stark Law, and healthcare regulations
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive advocacy
– Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments”
