• Experience with Construction Materials Testing
• Scheduling People and Projects
• Strategic Planning
• Business Development including proposals
• On Time On Budget
• Ensure that all field, laboratory, inspection and engineering reports are accurate
• Selection and use of subcontractor’s  

GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER BACKGROUND:

• Must have a BS degree or higher in a related field
• PE preferred
