Facility details: Full Service, cut shop, grind, chicken and fresh fish, frozen specialty, box in box out –
capable of producing and selling nearly every item.

P&L: $190 million in sales
Direct reports: No Assistant GM currently, 6-8 Direct reports, including Director of Production
Primary responsibilities – Team building, setting the culture and handling issues that contribute to the
P&L
Top Qualities they’re looking for:
Servant Leader, about the employees, be there for them, remove roadblocks, good communication, not
afraid to make decisions, decisive, basic knowledge of P&L and finance
Ideally 5 years of GM experience preferred but not required
10 years mgt. Experience required
Strong leadership development
Experience managing P&L – 100-200 mill preferred but open if they have less
Bilingual preferred
Meat and/or seafood background, at least basic understanding required
5 days in office in the facility
Compensation:
Target Compensation $220k – $225k base + 40% bonus based on scorecard – 70% your plant and own personal criteria – 30% overall – (subject to change) LTI 20%
