Food Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs Leader

  • A four-year food-related degree, three or more years of experience in food or dairy product manufacturing, three or more years of supervisory experience, two or more years of food quality regulatory compliance experience, possess the ability to work weekends and take part in minimal travel as needed are all requirements to be considered
  • Pay is up to $95,000
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
  • No remote as this is an 100% onsite position
  • Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

  • Managing, training and mentoring four regulatory affairs employees
  • Ensuring compliance with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) – Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS)
  • Ensuring compliance with all internal and external food safety regulations
  • Managing Sanitation Performance Standards (SPS), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
  • Supporting new product development and marketing
  • Working weekends and taking part in minimal travel as needed

 

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

  • A four-year food-related degree
  • Three or more years of experience in food or dairy product manufacturing
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience
  • Two or more years of food quality regulatory compliance experience
  • Possess the ability to work weekends and take part in minimal travel as needed
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
