Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Field Installation Supervisor. In this role, you will represent our company on various job sites, primarily focusing on the installation of paint lines and related equipment. Your responsibilities will include assessing technical requirements, collaborating with company engineers, supporting installation contractors, and liaising with both Company and customer representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the company on job sites involving paint line installations and ancillary equipment.
  • Utilize technical expertise to evaluate and make informed decisions regarding industrial paint systems during installation.
  • Collaborate with company engineers to provide support and guidance to installation contractors, resolving any questions or issues that arise.
  • Assist the field engineer from the company as necessary.
  • Coordinate closely with contractor field supervisors and customer engineers/supervisors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Technical proficiency in evaluating and addressing installation needs for industrial paint systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in field installation supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • An engineering degree is preferred, but not required.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.

This position initially requires a 9-10 month commitment on a job site in Peru, Illinois, with subsequent assignments based on booth builds and installation schedules. Expected field time following the initial job in Peru, IL, is approximately 50% of the time.
