Job Description

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in various family law matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and advocate for clients in court hearings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for efficient case management and resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Offer expert legal counsel in family law areas such as divorce, custody, support, and property division.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare compelling legal arguments.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations to advocate effectively for clients.
  • Communicate with clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on family law developments to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arizona state bar and good standing.
  • 1+ years of family law experience, focusing on complex cases. 3+ years experience preferred.
  • Strong courtroom experience and knowledge of family law principles preferred.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage high caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
