·       3-5 years of experience in commercial construction (light industrial, big box retail, not really any homes — multifamily builds acceptable). Must provide project list showcasing experience.

·       Able to work on multiple jobs at once

·       Worked for GCs, not so much subcontracting experience

·       Familiar with technology includes Sage Estimating, On Screen Takeoff, iSqFt, and Bluebeam

·       Experience with 5-50 million dollar projects

·       Good job stability

Salary Range: $90,000-110,000
