Seeking an experienced Engineering Professional with project manager experience, to lead our Kenosha, WI office.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, mentoring, and growing engineering staff. You’ll also use your strong project and client management skills to serve existing clients and add new clients in the Kenosha market.
 
GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES  
 Directly interact with the firm’s executives on high level corporate strategy and initiatives
 Lead, mentor and develop a team of technical professionals
 Identify, develop, maintain, and manage a diverse portfolio of clients
 Be a technical resource on municipal projects, including staff training, QA/QC and occasional project management
 Be the primary point of contact with clients and subconsultants
 
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
 Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a related degree)
 Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin (or a related registration)
 Minimum of 8 years of progressively more responsible experience on a variety of engineering projects, with at least 5 of those years in a project management and/or business development role
 Experience with various aspects of civil engineering including water distribution, sanitary sewage collection, water resources, transportation, land development, permitting and construction
 Experience in client interaction, marketing, business development, proposal development and contract negotiation
 Be team‐oriented yet individually driven, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, have advanced problem‐solving abilities, be deadline oriented and be willing to have some fun along the way
