Engineering Manager – Fabrication

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to drive product development from concept through production. If you thrive at the intersection of engineering and leadership—and you know your way around complex weldments, sheet metal, and large assemblies—this is for you.

You’ll lead a team of engineers, own the design process, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality, cost-effective products to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Product Design: Guide projects from concept through prototyping, testing, and production.
• Manage People & Projects: Oversee engineers and tech staff, balance workloads, and keep timelines on track.
• Optimize Processes: Improve workflows, cut costs, boost quality, and ensure products are manufacturable.
• Own Compliance & Documentation: Make sure products meet all relevant standards (ASME, ISO, DOT) and are well-documented.
• Support Production: Design for manufacturability, troubleshoot issues, and refine processes.
• Welding Expertise: Apply advanced welding knowledge in design decisions and production planning.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Welding, or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar)
• 10+ years of design and manufacturing experience, including managing teams
• Deep hands-on experience with welding, sheet metal, and large assemblies
