What You’ll Do:

– Lead corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime

– Manage spare parts inventory and contribute to ongoing efficiency improvements

– Diagnose issues, troubleshoot PLC code, and handle repairs to sustain and enhance equipment performance

– Support the design, testing, and installation of custom automation, working closely with internal teams and external vendors

What You Bring:

– Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical, Controls, or Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent experience

– 5+ years in automated manufacturing maintenance, with hands-on expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including PLCs and robotics (Allen-Bradley/RSLogix experience preferred)

– Practical machine-shop skills are a plus, with experience in machining or fabrication

– Proficiency in reading technical schematics and a solid understanding of safety protocols like Lockout/Tagout
