Endoscopy Nurse Manager -RN

$110,000-135,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits + Paid Relocation
+SIGNING BONUS

Seeking an experienced Endo RN Leader with at least 5 years of experience in Endoscopy, to share their knowledge, leadership skills and experience with our Endo Department

  • Assists with directing and coordinating all activities of Endoscopy.
  • Focuses on Endoscopy to obtain Safety, Quality, and Financial goals for the entire organization.
  • Supports the Operations of Endoscopy and other departments as requested.
  • Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
  • Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
  • Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees the daily clinical workflow and staffing for Endoscopy.
  • Assesses and manages the efficiency of workflow and adjusts staffing, assignments, personal daily schedule, as necessary to assure workflow processes proceed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manages daily RN and support staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for patient care.
  • Serves as liaison regarding coordination of patient care and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborates with the Administrative Director Patient Care Services to create, implement and evaluate Quality Improvement Projects in Endoscopy that correspond to organizational initiatives:  Safety and High-Reliability Organization, Core Measures.
  • Assists with selection and recruitment processes for clinical staff.
  • Actively involved with staff retention in coordination with the Administrative Director Patient Care Services
  • Performs employee evaluations.
  • Performs supervisory and correctional feedback with staff.
  • Serves as a professional and clinical resource to nursing and support staff.
  • Demonstrates professional leadership behavior, promotes a positive image of the departments and organization.
  • Acting Director as delegated.
  • Performs duties of Endoscopy RN, as needed.

Education:

  • Current CO RN License or ability to obtain.
  • BSN required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association (AHA) required

Experience:

  • 5 years RN Endoscopy experience required with advanced Endo experience preferred.
  • Progressive leadership experience preferred.

SALARY RANGE

  • $109,897.60-$134,846.40/annual salary
  • Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
  • Eligible for Sign-on Bonus (2-year commitment required)
  • Annual Bonus based upon organizational and individual performance.
