Electrician – Apartment Communities

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their Special Services Team supporting apartment communities across Northeast Ohio. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and providing excellent service to residents.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain apartment electrical systems

• Perform installations, troubleshooting, testing, and preventative maintenance on older systems

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans

• Work with security and fire safety systems when needed

• Ensure timely, dependable service for residents and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Active OCILB State of Ohio Electrical License

• Hands-on experience in residential electrical service (minimum 3 years)

• Solid knowledge of NEC and Ohio electrical codes

• Ability to use hand/power tools and work with conduit, fittings, relays, breakers, and wiring systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Northeast Ohio (company vehicle or mileage provided)
