Industrial Electrical Foreman:
- Lead and manage a team of electricians on complex site projects, ensuring safe, code-compliant installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, while coordinating schedules, materials, budgets, and communication with management and clients, requiring strong technical skills, leadership, and adherence to safety (OSHA/NEC).
- Responsible for daily operations, troubleshooting, training apprentices, documenting progress, and driving project completion within scope and budget.
- Extensive experience in industrial/commercial electrical work.
- Deep knowledge of electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations (OSHA).
- Ability to read and execute complex electrical drawings.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working on industrial and/or commercial construction projects
