Responsibilities:
- Provide tech support for programmable logic control, electrical machinery, instrumentation, and more.
- Manage and update documentation for plant electrical and control systems.
- Plan and supervise the installation of electrical and control system projects.
- Evaluate new products and make recommendations to the management team.
- Tackle computer programming and data processing to boost system performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends through meetings, seminars, and ongoing learning.
Skills:
- Solid grasp of electrical engineering theories, principles, and techniques.
- Knowledge of contract management practices and manufacturing processes.
- Strong planning, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using engineering equipment, from measuring devices to computers.
- Comfortable navigating challenging physical environments.
- Available for off-hour assistance during equipment breakdowns.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering. Professional Engineer registration is a plus
