Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
- Conduct regular EHS audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide EHS training and guidance to employees and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS culture and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in EHS management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Certification in EHS management (e.g., CSP, CIH) is preferred.
